摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the running test of space low speed vacuum bearing,a control system based on PLC,servo motor and configuration software MCGS(monitor and control generated system) is designed.The high-speed pulse trains of adjustable frequency emitted by PLC control the loading speed of loading motor,Modbus communication protocol is used to control driving spindle motor speed in the bearing test platform,MCGS configuration software is used to centralized control many low-speed vacuum test platforms.The practice shows that the system is reliable and easy to operate,and the efficiency of the bearing running platform is improved.
