Analysis of the Pole Arc Coefficient Combination to Reduce the Cogging Torque Of Power Adaptive Motor

Abstract
Power adaptive motor is a new type of dual power drive motor.In order to optimize the output performance and reduce the torque ripple,the method of weakening cogging torque is studied by taking the 6-pole 42-slot power adaptive motor as the research object.The analytical model of cogging torque is deduced,and the parameters affecting the cogging torque are analyzed.On this foundation,a method of pole arc coefficient combination to suppress the cogging torque is proposed.Combined with the cogging torque analysis and finite element calculation,the pole arc coefficient which can reduce the cogging torque is selected,and the calculation results verify the method.And the data show that the optimized peak value of cogging torque is significantly reduced,and the overal reduction is more than 25%.The prototype test data are consistent with the theoretical analysis.Therefore,it is effective to suppress the cogging torque by the method of matching the pole arc coefficient.关键词
