列车竖向荷载与CA砂浆离缝对CRTSⅡ型板式轨道开裂的影响分析
The study of influence on CRTSⅡslab track cracking caused by the vertical load of train and CA mortar void

Abstract
The cracks and voids between layers of CRTSⅡ track slab could cause degraded structure performance, reduced bearing capacity and even compromised train operation. Based on finite element theory of the beam-solid system, a three-dimensional finite element model of CRTSⅡ slab track on railway subgrade was established, and then the location and path of cracks in CRTSⅡ slab track were studied under the vertical load of train, and the different width voids between the track slab and the emulsified cement asphalt mortar were studied. Meanwhile, the track slab's warping displacement and the tensile stress of spring foundation were studied. The results indicate that the vertical load of train alone cannot cause cracks in slab track. Cracks are produced when applying the vertical load of train at the middle part of slab track, not at the end position, with both full-length of voids and partial width voids reaching the inner side bottom planes of steel rails. Those cracks almost initiated and propagated along the central axis of slab track, tilted to side of the slab at the end edge and finally cut off by the pre-splitting cracks.关键词
