摘要

Abstract

Based on finite element method, the space coupling model of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track CWR on multi span simply supported bridge was established to study the force deformation characteristic of rail, track slab and bed plate under the action of train's braking force and to analyze the related parameters. The research results show that the position of the rail braking force peak appears on the abutment and movable supports under the action of train's braking force, the longitudinal displacement of rail has decreased after increasing and reached the maximum value in the movable bearing of midspan, the longitudinal contraction trend of rail and track slab are coincident approximately, it indicates that the fastener has played a good restriction effect. The mode of braking loading has great influence on the longitudinal force and displacement of the track structure, two trains of the same direction brake on both sides of the bridge at the same time should be avoided in an emergency, in order to prevent the rail bearing excessive tension and avoid fastener failure because of the relative displacement of the track slab and rail is too long. Small resistance fastener is advantageous for the force of CRTSⅠ slab ballastless track on bridge, but the relative displacement of the track slab and rail can't be too long, to ensure the longitudinal displacement of rail can be controlled. With the increase of the longitudinal stiffness of bridge piers, the force of the track structure will be reduced. Therefore, in order to improve the force condition of the track structure on the bridge, it is possible to adopt the low pier bridge with large rigidity as far as possible.
