基于渣土改良的土压平衡盾构掘进参数特征研究
Excavation parameters characteristics of earth pressure balanced shield based on soil modification

Abstract
Based on the shield tunneling of Nanchang Metro Line 1 No. 5 Section, considering the influences of soil chamber pressure, formation looseness, soil modification system and foam properties, the consumption of foaming agent for modified soils of which the volume ratio between argillaceous siltstone and gravelly sand is 1:1 was optimized. The effect of soil modification on total thrust, torque and cabin pressure was analyzed. The results showed that soil modification had a certain influence on the shield tunneling parameters, and total thrust, torque and cabin pressures were relatively stable after optimizing soil modification parameters. The increase of additive agent could reduce the total thrust and torque of shield machine. The cabin pressure decreased with time due to the influence of foam breaking or dissipation in the stopping phase of shield machine. The fluctuation of cabin pressure was decreased after modifying soil in the excavation phase of shield machine, and the fluctuation of cabin pressure was gradually reduced with increasing foam additive ratio in the soils.关键词
