Abstract
Objective To study observe effect of ultrasound-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly assigned to two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group received DG-HAL,and the control group received traditional Milligan Morgan surgery.The therapeutic effect,perioperative recovery,postoperative pain and complication rate of two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time,hospitalization time,and postoperative defecation and urination score in the treatment group were significantly low-er than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The pain score at 1,3 and 7 day in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in operative effect (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion DG-HAL is effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.It can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative period pain and complications,shorten the recovery time,and has high clinical application value.关键词
