Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Rebamipide enema combined with low molecular weight heparin in ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 patients with UC were recruited in our hospital and were randomly assigned to two group,with 40 eases in each group.The treatment group received Rebamipide enema combined with low molecular weight heparin,and the control group received routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,prognosis and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The changes of hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors were measured.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.00％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00％) (P ＜ 0.05).One day and 1 week after treatment,the high and low shear rate of whole blood viscosity,D-Dimer,the IL-8,TNF-e and CRP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in overall rate of adverse events between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide enema combined with low molecular weight heparin for UC patients has significant treatment effect and safety,with improved cure rate.关键词
