Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of quality control circle (QCC) in patients with chronic functional constipation after hemodialysis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic functional constipation after hemodialysis were recruited from March 2014 to February 2016 and from August 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital as study subjects.According to the time of implementation of QCC,patients were divided into treatment group (n =34) and control group (n =34).The average defecation frequency in 1 week,average time of defecation,stool score and quality of life questionnaire scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation frequency in 1 week after nursing was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of defecation in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After nursing,physical symptoms,frustration and total scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion QCC can increase frequency and quality of defecation and improve quality of life in patients with chronic functional constipation after hemodialysis.关键词
