摘要

Abstract

Taking the startup process of intermediate pressure cylinder (IPC),which is the first one in domestic realizing one key automatic transferring and reversed transferring,of supercritical unit in Guangdong Red Bay power generation co., ltd.as an actual example,this paper introduces logic design and operation of the automatic transferring function group based on automatic plant startup and shutdown system (APS)and states essential points in design for the automatic transferring function group.Under different actual conditions of cold state and thermal state of the unit and different startup modes,the designed automatic transferring function group can realize one key automatic transferring operation of the unit in the process of IPC startup.Meanwhile,exhaust temperature rise of the high pressure cylinder (HPC)is controlled within 6 ℃,which has solved the technical problem of shutdown due to high exhaust temperature.It proves the designed automatic transferring function group can actually realize full automatic one key transferring function without manual intervention.
