摘要

Abstract

In order to detect performance and forecast activity variation trend of inservice selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration catalyst of one 600 MW coal-fired unit,tests on physic-chemical property and reactive activity were respectively conducted.By comparing with new catalyst,it was judged specific surface area,pore volume,compressive strength and SO2/SO3 conversion percent of the inservice catalyst was in normal attenuation and activity attenuation of the first layer and the second layer catalyst was respectively attenuated by 28% and 19%.In addition,activity of the first layer catalyst was lower than the theoretical value while that of the second layer catalyst was higher than the theoretical value.According to testing data,activity attenuation speed coefficient of the first layer catalyst was 2.28×10 -5 h-1 by calculation and that of the sec-ond layer catalyst was 1.46×10 -5 h-1.Thus,an activity attenuation model was built which could forecast activity variation of the catalyst in 2.4×104 h.
