摘要

Abstract

The important premise for rapid and successful emergency repair as the power distribution network goes wrong is whether emergency resources can provide reliable guarantee,thus a kind of self-adaptive optimal allocation strategy for e-mergency resources for power distribution network failure is proposed.Firstly an allocation model for emergency personnel, vehicles,instruments and spare parts was established,then a kind of minimum absolute difference allocation algorithm based on reasonable resource allocation was presented.Furthermore,the self-adaptive optimal allocation strategy for emergency re-sources was put forward which introduced concept of self-adaptive index to describe matching degree of emergency repair and resource allocation as well as influence of relevant factors on emergency resources allocation.Finally IEEE 33 node sys-tem was taken as an example for simulation and the results obtained verified effectiveness and practicability of the self-adap-tive optimal allocation strategy.
