Self-adaptive Optimal Allocation Strategy for Emergency Resources for Power Distribution Network Failure

Abstract
The important premise for rapid and successful emergency repair as the power distribution network goes wrong is whether emergency resources can provide reliable guarantee,thus a kind of self-adaptive optimal allocation strategy for e-mergency resources for power distribution network failure is proposed.Firstly an allocation model for emergency personnel, vehicles,instruments and spare parts was established,then a kind of minimum absolute difference allocation algorithm based on reasonable resource allocation was presented.Furthermore,the self-adaptive optimal allocation strategy for emergency re-sources was put forward which introduced concept of self-adaptive index to describe matching degree of emergency repair and resource allocation as well as influence of relevant factors on emergency resources allocation.Finally IEEE 33 node sys-tem was taken as an example for simulation and the results obtained verified effectiveness and practicability of the self-adap-tive optimal allocation strategy.关键词
