乌东德多端直流输电对广东电网安全稳定的影响
Influence of Wudongde Multi-terminal HVDC on Security and Stability of Guangdong Power Grid

Abstract
As the first west-to-east power transmission project adopting voltage source HVDC converter for accessing to Guangdong power grid,Wudongde multi-terminal high-voltage direct current (HVDC)project will have many effects on safety and stability of the power grid.Therefore,under conditions of AC synchronous networking of east and west power grids in Guangdong and voltage source HVDC asynchronous networking,three research scenes were constructed based on sit-uations before and after Wudongde HVDC accessing and different backup mode,and calculation data of BPA program was established as well.By comparing differences of power flow,short-circuit current and systems under different conditions and scenes,influence of Wudongde HVDC on security and stability of Guangdong power grid was analyzes.Results indicate that under the AC networking mode,disadvantage influence of Wudongde HVDC on Guangdong power grid is mainly in power flow.But by coordinating exchange plans respectively between Wudongde HVDC,Yunnan-Guangdong DC,three gorges-Guangdong DC and east and west power grids in Guandong province,power flow is feasible in satisfying electricity send-out requirements.Under the asynchronous networking mode,factors including Wudongde HVDC accessing and startup-shutdown have more significant influences on security and stability of the power grid.It is suggested to optimize operation control scheme for Guangdong power grid based on technical characteristics such as voltage source HVDC active power,reactive power decoupling control,fast response,and so on,so as to ensure safe and stable operation of the system.关键词
