摘要

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer and the leading cause of cancer death in females worldwide.With the improvement of living standard in recent years,the traditional Chinese dietary pattern has gradually changed to western dietary pattern,and accordingly,the incidence rate of breast cancer in Chinese women increases rapidly.As dietary factors have long been thought to play a major role in the development of breast cancer,this article briefly reviewed literatures about the relationship between specific foodstuffs such as meat,milk,soy food,vegetables and fruits and risk of breast cancer.As diet is an important and modifiable risk factor affecting cancer development,there is an emerging need for well-designed,large-scale observational and intervention studies that could possibly shed light on the measures on reducing risk of breast cancer in terms of diet.
