CDKN1A基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌生物学特性的关系
The study of CDKNLA gene experssion and its biological characteristics in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A (CDKN1A) in breast cancer with normal breast tissue,and the relationship between CDKN1A expression and breast cancer behavior.Methods:The breast cancer tissues and adjacem normal tissues were collected from 50 patients with breast cancer.The mRNA and protein expressions of CDKN1A were detected by qPCR,western blotting,and immunohistochemistry,respectively.The relationship between CDKN1A expression and clinicopathological factors was analyzed.Results:CDKN1A mRNA and protein expressions in the breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue (P＜0.01).The expression of CDKN1A was closely related to T stage and TNM stage (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CDKN1A in breast cancer tissues was significantly increased.CDKN1A might be a marker for breast cancer diagnosis,and evaluating malignant degree of the tumor.关键词
