血清c-Myc与EB病毒抗体联合检测对鼻咽癌的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of combined detection of serum c-Myc and EB virus antibodies in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of c-Myc and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antibodies in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:The serum levels of c-Myc,EBV-VCA-IgA and EBV-EA-IgA were detected by ELISA in 68 patients with NPC and 20 healthy subjects.Results:The serum levels of c-Myc,EBV-VCA-IgA and EBV-EA-IgA in NPC patients were higher than those of controls (P＜ 0.05).EBV-VCA-IgA was related to clinical stage and T stage (P＜ 0.05),EBV-EA-IgA was associated with N stage (P＜ 0.05).The areas under the ROC curve (AUC)of c-Myc,EBV-VCA-IgA and EBV-EA-IgA were 0.671,0.844 and 0.697,respectively.The AUC of the combination detection of c-Myc,EBV-VCA-IgA and EBV-EA-Ig was 0.879.Conclusion:Combined detection of c-Myc,EBV-VCA-IgA and EBV-EA-IgA was valuable in the diagnosis of NPC.关键词
