老年男性阿尔茨海默病患者预后的影响因素分析
Influencing factors for prognosis of elderly male patients with Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors for the prognosis of elderly male patients with Alzheimer 's disease (AD).Methods The demographic data and clinical data of 96 elderly male AD patients were collected.All patients received the follow-up and were divided into death group(42 cases) and survival group(54 cases) depending on their survival status.The demographic data and clinical data of the patients were compared between the two groups.The factors influencing the prognosis of elderly male AD patients were analyzed by using Cox regression model.Results There were significant differences in the status of stay-on-bed,physical exercise,incidence of depression , and levels of DBP,C-reactive protein,homocysteine(Hcy),creatinine,urea,FBG and HDL in the two groups(all P<0.05).The results of Cox regression model analysis revealed that the levels of Hcy and FBG were the independent influencing factors for the prognosis of elderly male AD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion High levels of Hcy and FBG might be the influencing factors for poor prognosis of elderly male AD patients.关键词
