考虑多平板车的船厂分段运输问题仿真建模与分析
Modeling and analysis of ship block transportation considering multi-type flat transportations
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the productivity of shipbuilding and effectively solve block logistics congestion in shipbuilding process,the ship block size,logistics flow and block stockyard layout,road passing condition are considered.Based on the shipbuilding actual data collection and analysis and the simulation software eM-Plant,a ship block transportation simulation model considering multi-type flat transporters is build.Through the analysis of simulation on the actual data,the bottleneck of transportation system is found,the set of transporters is optimized and the effectiveness is improved.The research gives an effective example which is provided for the application of simulation technology in shipbuilding management.关键词
