摘要

Abstract

To study the coexistence of hydrophilic and hydrophobic anticancer drugs , this study describes the use of poly ( lactic-co-glycolic acid ) double-walled microspheres loaded with doxorubicin and curcumin employing the sol-vent evaporation method .Results show that the microspheres have a uniform particle size and good dispersibility . The introduction of dual biodegradable polymers reduces the initial burst and prolongs the total release time for doxorubicin and curcumin , which respectively reach 34 days and 39 days, and the microspheres degrade gradually within 21 days.This study can be used as a foundation for establishing a dual-drugs system .
