EOS Infiltration Characteristics of Contact Dermatitis Induced by Acupoint Application in Allergic Asthma Patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the eosinophils(EOS) infiltration characteristics in patients with allergic asthma after acupoint application.Methods:13 patients with contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application were divided into allergic asthma group(8 patients) and non-allergic asthma group (5 patients).The differences of the site and number of EOS at skin lesions,the EOS pathological grade differences and the percentage of EOS in the total number of cells in the two groups were observed.Results:The average number of EOS(16.75 ± 8.54) · HP-1 in allergic asthma group was significantly higher than that in non-allergic group (2.80 ± 1.45) HP-1.The degree of EOS pathology in the perihematoma of allergic asthma group was higher than that in non-allergic asthma group(0 cases) in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ (4 cases).The percentage of total EOS in the epidermal blister fluid of the allergic asthma group was significantly higher than that in the non-allergic asthma group(12.7 ± 4.4)％.Conclusion:The degree of EOS infiltration of contact dermatitis induced by acupoint application in allergic asthma patients increased.关键词
