参芪和胃散治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Study of Shenqi Hewei Powder in Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Hewei Powder in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=50),which received conventional treatment of western medicine,and treatment group (n =50),which was treated with Shenqi Hewei Powder in addition to that of the treatment group.Four weeks was one course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect observation of the two groups of patients was made.Results:The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0％ and that of the control group was 74.0％.The effective rate was 78％ in the treatment group and 48.0％ in the control group.The gastroscopy effective rate in the treatment group was 78.0％ and that in the control group was 48.0％.There were significant differences between the two groups in these two aspects (P ＜0.001).Conclusion:Shenqi Hewei Powder has a good clinical effect without adverse reaction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome.关键词
