Leihuo Moxibustion Stimulation on Hua Tuo Jiaji Acupuncture Points to Improve the Ankylosing Spondylitis Spine Function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Leihuo moxibustion stimulation on Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture points in improving the spinal function of patients with Ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Patients with Ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group using Leihuo moxibustion standardized treatment plus basic drugs.The control group Ⅰ was treated with common moxibustion + basic drug treatment.The control group Ⅱ was treated with basic drugs.The clinical efficacy and their physical function improvement of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,in spine activity comparison except for the thoracic activity,the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group Ⅰ,and that of the control group Ⅰ was significantly better than that of the control group Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.05).In the scores of bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index (BASFI) and bath ankylosing spondylitis disease index (BASDAI) were statistically significant in the three groups before and after treatment(P ＜ 0.05).Besides,that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group Ⅰ,and that of the control group Ⅰ was significantly better than that of the control group Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Leihuo moxibustion by stimulating Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture points can significantly improve the spinal function of patients with Ankylosing spondylitis.关键词
