Abstract

In order to enhance resource utilization of the organic solid residues obtained from food waste biological treatment,characterization of the organic solid waste was investigated.The typical components were plastics,bone and bio-refractory biomass.One separate component and one mixed components studies on thermo-gravimetric(TG) characteristics were conducted.By Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA),results showed that weight loss temperature of bio-refractory biomass and bone occurred at lower temperature.Maximum weight loss rate of temperatures were 325 and 341 ℃ respectively.Weight loss of plastic occurred at a higher temperature,maximum weight loss rate of temperature was 475 ℃.Through analyzing and comparing of experiment TG/DTG curve and simulation TG/DTG,it showed that at low temperatures (< 400 ℃),plastic and bone had inhibitory effect on the pyrolysis process.While at high temperature (> 400 ℃),plastic and bone promoted the pyrolysis process.Mixture of the three components with pyrolysis temperature at 166 ~ 361 ℃ exhibited no synergistic reactions as demonstrated with 2-dimentional phase boundary reaction,(function 2 (1-α)1/2).Pyrolysis of 361 ~ 550 ℃ subject to three levels of dynamic response,and thermal simulation of actual activation energy was less than the activation energy in the process (59.69 < 86.57 kJ · mol-1).It showed that mixture of three components could promote the pyrolysis process.
