磷酸盐缓冲液初始pH值对高含固污泥厌氧消化性能影响
Effect of phosphate buffer solution with different initial pH on anaerobic digestion of high-solid sludge

Abstract
Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at different initial pH levels on the anaerobic digestion of high-solid sludge.Maximum methane production (61.08 L) was achieved with the addition of PBS at the initial pH of 7.O,which was 38.1% higher than that in the control group,while the phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.5 or 8.0 inhibited the methanogenesis process.In comparison with the control group,the VS removal efficiency increased in all reactors with the addition of PBS after 45 days of digestion.The degradation of proteins and polysaccharides followed the first-order kinetics.The addition of PBS accelerated the degradation of proteins,while it had no significant impact on the degradation of polysaccharides.关键词
