TR-Band压迫时间对桡动脉穿刺术后并发症预防效果的系统评价
Systematic review on prevention effect of TR-Band compression time on post-operative complications after radial artery puncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prevention effect of TR-Band compression time on post-operative complications after radial artery puncture.Method Literature quality is critically assessed by retrieval strategy,inclusion and exclusion criteria using system evaluation method,from which data is extracted.Make Meta analysis on randomized controlled trials included.Result 10 researches are included.Meta analysis shows that effect on hemostasis of first decompression 2h after operation is not better than effect of first decompression in 2h,RR=0.83,95％CI(0.38,1.81).First decompression after 2h has better effect on hemostasis,RR=2.01,95％CI(1.27,3.19).Compression duration of longer than 6h has no better effect on hemostasis,RR=2.37,95％CI(0.93,6.06).First decompression in 2h has nice prevention effect on swelling,pain,cyanosis and radial artery occlusion.Conclusion First decompression after 2h and relieving compression after 6h has the best effect on hemostasis.But first decompression in 2h has better prevention effect on swelling,pain,cyanosis and radial artery occlusion.关键词
