宫颈癌患者放射治疗后中长期生活质量现状及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the mid-long term quality of life for cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy and analyze its possible influencing factors to provide reference for improving their quality of life.Method Investigate and analysis on 1084 cervical cancer patients 13～36 months after radiotherapy by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cervix (FACT-Cx).Result The total score on patients' quality of life is (126.84 ± 16.01).Scores on physiological status is (24.48±4.19),social/family status is (17.96 ± 3.64),emotion status is (20.17 ± 3.62),functional status is (19.24± 4.52) and specific module of cervical cancer is (44.99±3.77).Single factor analysis shows that the difference between different family income,marriage,sexual life,age,neoplasm staging and related sequela after radiotherapy are significant (P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis shows that intestinal dysfunction,sexual life and marriage are the main influencing factors of patients' quality of life.Bladder dysfunction,lower extremity edema,climacteric symptom and neoplasm staging are less important influencing factors.Conclusion Mid-long term quality of life for cervical cancer patients after radiotherapy is influenced by many factors.Health management according to influencing factors should be enhanced to improve patients' quality of life.关键词
