Abstract
Along with the development of the medical technology and theory,the research on Tiangui in modern times has been enriched.It is related to the reproduction function but not menstruation.Influenced by the western gynecological science,physiology and endocrine science,the researchers of Tiangui tend to apply the thoughts of integrated Chinese and western medicine from the period of the Republic of China,materialize Tiangui and regard Tiangui as genital glands (testis,ovary),sperm or ovum,hormone,which is the development and advancement of traditional Chinese medicine.With continuous understanding and perfection of doctors in later generations,the theory of Tiangui has been continuously enriched and developed.Combined with the physiology knowledge in western medicine,the recognition of Tiangui has been broadened gradually.Tiangui is not only simply material but more related to the reproduction,heredity,endocrine,nerves and immune system;it is a generalized concept and the unification of materiality and function.Therefore,Tiangui is impacted by western countries,the recognition of its nature and function has a series of new understandings.关键词
