麻黄汤合白虎汤加减治疗咳嗽153例
One Hundred and Fifty-Three Cases with Cough Treated with Mahuang Decoction Plus Baihu Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Mahuang Decoction Plus Baihu Decoctionon cough,and its influence on related indicators.Methods:Totally 306 patients with cough admitted into our hospital between February 2013 and July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n =153)and control group (n =153).Control group were treated with Modified Mahuang Decoction while observation group were treated with Mahuang Decoction Plus Baihu Decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups and changes of related indicators after the treatment in both groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of FVC,PEF and FEV1 in observation group were higher than those in control group while the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 were lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05);the clinical symptom scores of cough,expectoration,itching throat and other symptoms in observation group were less than those in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).The clinical effect in observation was better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the treatment safety and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of cough,the combination with Baihu Decoction can better improve pulmonary function and reduce the inflammatory reaction.关键词
