加味下瘀血汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床观察
Clinical Observation of the Effects of Supplemented Discharging Blood Stasis Decoction on Chronic Viral Hepatitis B

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Discharging Blood Stasis Decoction on chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods:Totally 110 patients with CHB treated in this hospital between September 2012 and September 2015 were randomized into control group and treatment group,55 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral administration of Entecavir while treatment group were added with Supplemented Discharging Blood Stasis Decoction.Results:In treatment group,9 cases had excellent effects,34 cases with effects and 12 crases without effect;the total effective rate was 78.18％;in control group,11 cases had excellent effects,35 cases with effects and 9 cases without effect;the total effective rate was 83.64％.The difference of the effects between two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of fatigue,hypochondriac pain and distension and poor appetite in treatment group declined significantly,superior to those in control group (P ＜0.05).The levels of HA,LN,PC Ⅲ and AKP in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The changes of the levels of CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + and the levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IL-6 in the serum in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conelusion:Supplemented Discharging Blood Stasis Decoc tion has significant therapeutic effects on chronic viral hepatitis B,which can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of fatigue,hypochondriac pain and distension,poor appetite and the liver fibrosis and regulate cellular immunity.关键词
