针刺防治面瘫继发痉挛
Prevention and Treatment of Secondary Spasm of Facial Paralysis with the Application of "Preventive Treatment"
摘要
Abstract
" Extreme stillness generating movement" is the main pathogenesis of secondary spasm of facial paralysis.Clinically,the syndrome and symptoms should be differentiated.Facial spasm due to prolonged facial paralysis pertains to pseudo-movement.Therefore,in the prevention and treatment,reverse treatment should be conducted to "apply dynamic treatment for dynamic disease"."Preventive treatment" is the key to the prevention of secondary spasm due to facial paralysis.For preventing the occurrence of secondary spasm,one should intervene the treatment of facial paralysis to avoid its development into facial spasm;besides,acupoints for preventing facial spasm should be added in the treatment of facial paralysis to prevent change.Clinically,needling method of nourishing blood and softening liver is applied with selected acupoints of Fengchi (GB 20),Zhigou (SJ 6),Xuehai (SP 10),Yanglingquan (GB 34),Zusanli (ST 36),Yinlingquan (SP 9),Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Taichong (LV 3).In acupuncture for preventive treatment,proper needling method,acupoints and dosage of needling should be proper to achieve good preventive effect.关键词
