Hunan Acupuncture School's Thought of Treating Children with Night Sweating by "Massage on Five Meridians and Regulating Five Zang Organs"

Abstract
Family Liu's pediatric massage in West of Hunan Province is one of the important schools of pediatric massage,which originates from ancestral Miao medicine pediatric massage technique of Liu Kai-yun,a famous TCM old professor.Its main academic features are "treating visceral diseases with massage on five meridians,and compatibility of five meridians".It has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children with night sweating.Clearing heat or nourishing method is often used to nourish kidney water,tonify the heart,elear fire,invigorate the spleen and qi,harmonize ying-qi and wei-qi.At the same time,pediatric massage as a kind of green therapy is the most common in TCM department of pediatrics.It avoids difficulty in taking medicine,has a short course of treatment,simple operation and low cost,high curative effect,no toxic and side effects,and is easily accepted by patients.Therefore,it has the profound significance to TCM treatment in children with night sweating.关键词
