归脾汤加减联合复方芦丁治疗肾性血尿的临床研究
Effect of Guipi Decoction（归脾汤） combined with Compound Rutin on Renal Hematuria

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guipi decoction (归脾汤) combined with compound rutin on renal hematuria.Methods:A total of 94 patients with renal hematuria were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (47 patients) and the control group (47 patients).The control group patients were treated with compound rutin.The observation group patients were treated with compound rutin combined with Guipi decoction.Treatment effect of two groups was observed.Before and after treatment,the changes of renal function and laboratory indexes were analyzed.The related mechanism of combined therapy was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,24 hours urine protein (24h-U-TP),serum creatinine (SCr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),urinary protein (U-MTB) and urine red blood cell count (U-RBC) of the two groups were significantly decreased,but plasma albumin (Alb) level increased significantly (P＜0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes (BUN and SCr) and laboratory indexes (24h-U-TP,U-MTB and U-RBC) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but Alb was significantly higher than the control group after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Guipi decoction and compound rutin can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with renal hematuria,reduce renal function,improve the relevant laboratory index,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with renal hematuria.关键词
