摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and systematic evaluation of Gegen Decoction (葛根汤) fumigation and tendon manipulation on early and middle impingement syndrome.Methods:Clinical ethics committee of our hospital approved the clinical randomized controlled study,we selected 120 patients with early and middle impingement syndrome as the study object,and then randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each.The control group (60 cases) was treated with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel shoulder external application;the treatment group (60 cases) was treated with Gegen Decoction plus topical fumigation and tendon manipulation.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the shoulder function,VAS score and UCLA score of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed.Results:After 3 months,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score,UCLA score and joint mobility of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Gegen Decoction fumigation combined with tendon manipulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early and middle impingement syndrome.
