摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of complications of proximal femoral anti-intramedullary nail (PFNA) internal fixation in elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 78 patients with PFNA internal fixation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (n =39).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with personalized quality nursing on the basis of control group.Complications and nursing effect of two group were compared.Results The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P ＜ 0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with femoral fractures of PFNA is significant,which can reduce the postoperative complications,reduce the physical and mental pain and improve the quality of life.So it is worthy of promotion.关键词
