Observation and nursing of anterolateral thigh flap in the repair of hand skin soft tissue defect
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing of anterolateral thigh flap in the repair of hand skin soft tissue defect.Methods The data of 25 cases in our hospital underwent anterolateral thigh flap repair of hand skin soft tissue defect were retrospectively analyzed,wound healing conditions was observed and corresponding nursing measures was given.Results All the flaps transplanted in 25 cases survived,and the wounds was healed in first phase,among whom 1 patient occurred 2 cm superficial necrosis on skin flap margin in 8 days and healed after debridement and dressing,and 1 patient with vascular crisis due to tight dressing,and was relieved after released.The donor skin grafts survived without dysfunction,25 cases were healed by first intention.All patients were followed up for 6 months.The flaps of all the 25 patients were in good condition,and was similar with graft filed in color.Conclusion Close observation and nursing of the reasonable postoperative flap for anterolateral thigh flap in repair of hand skin soft tissue defect can promote flap survival,and ensure the effectiveness of surgery.关键词
