改良产后出血预测评分联合护理干预在阴道分娩产后出血中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction scores combined with nursing intervention in vaginal delivery patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 280 patients with vaginal delivery were divided into study group (n =140) and control group (n =140) by random number table method.The control group only adopted routine nursing intervention measures while the study group was given modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction scoring to assess the comprehensive information of puerperae,and moderate and high risk mothers were implemented targeted care intervention.Perineal laceration,postpartum hemorrhage rate,postpartum hemorrhage amount,hospital stay were observed.Results The incidence of perineal laceration was 25.00％ in the study group,which was lower than 42.86％ in the control group;The perineal incision rate was 4.29％ in the study group,which was lower than 10.71％ in the control group.The postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group [(322.52 ± 102.52) mL vs.(478.52 ± 105.65) mL,P ＜ 0.05];The hospital stay in the study group was (3.32 ±0.84) d,which was lower than (4.32 ±0.85) d in the control group.Conclusion The modified postpartum hemorrhage prediction scores combined with targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage and perineal laceration,shorten the hospital stay,and further guarantee the quality of delivery,so it is suitable for clinical application and promotion.关键词
