Abstract
The coordination of power plan and the network security constraints shall be considered in compiling the operation reserve plan for the power spot market.The coupling relationship between electric energy and operation reserve,and that between the operation reserve and network security constraints were analyzed in depth.And then,the joint optimization model of electric power and operation reserve considering network security constraints was put forward.Finally,the effectiveness of the model was verified by a case study on the IEEE-30 node system.关键词
