摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence factor of the bearing capacity of aerostatic slideway,an experiment was carried out as follows:first,deduce the gas lubrication equation based on the physical model of the aerostatic slideway and provide the corresponding boundary conditions;second,discretize the control equation by means of the finite difference;finally,calculate the gas pressure distribution and bearing capacity of the guide gas film with different thickness by using the successive overrelaxation method.The calculation results show that the change of the gas film thickness will influence the bearing capacity of the aerostatic slideway under the same gas supply pressure,and the gas film pressure value will decrease as a whole while the bearing capacity of the aerostatic slideway will decline with the increasing of the film thickness.
