Abstract
According to the working principle,a turbo-generator unit test and control system is designed based on servo electric cylinder drain valve,S7-300PLC,S7-200SMART PLC,and LabVIEW.The host computer,developed by the LabVIEW software,was connected with the PLC and the unit control screen through the OPC technology and the Modbus protocol.The field test parameters were collected by using S7-300PLC,and the servo electric cylinder drain valve,the load switchgear,and the water resistance were controlled by S7-200SMART PLC,which demonstrated the functions of the system in collecting and storing data as well as controlling the field test facilities.This paper mainly focuses on the way to realizing the OPC technology-based data communication between LabVIEW and two PLCs,and the control function on the transient characteristic test based on the pioneering servo electric cylinder drain valve technology.关键词
