不同锚固长度下锚杆拉拔特性研究
Pull-out properties of bolt with different anchorage length
摘要
Abstract
In view of the support system with weak rock, resin anchoring, and steel bolt, the pullout mechanical properties of bolts with different anchorage length were revealed through the multi-func-tional bolt pull-out test system. The results have shown that the development process of the bolt pull-out load and end displacement is divided into four stages: the elastic stage, the yield stage, the strengthening stage, and the failure stage; with the increase of bolt anchorage length, the failure mode of anchoring changes from the anchorage interface slip to bolt breaking off, and below the critical anchorage length the longer the anchorage length is, the larger the anti-pulling force will be; the bolt axial stress expe-riences four stages: as the stage of sharp increase, the stage of stability, the stage of recovery, and the stage of overflow; the axial stress of bolt is distributed in a negative exponential condition along the bolt length direction, and it gradually reduces from the proximal end to distal end of anchorage, so the matching between local bolt strength of and its stress values should be improved to avoid the failure of the whole bolt.关键词
