基于固体充填材料压实特性的充实率设计研究
Research on compression ratio design based on compaction properties of solid backfill materials
摘要
Abstract
In order to scientifically design the compression ratio for a backfill mining panel, the testing of compaction properties of backfill materials is used to obtain 5 materials' mechanical properties on the basis of analyzing principles of influencing the compression ratio by backfill materials. Combining with the tamping effects on backfill materials exerted by the compactor, the design method of backfill mate-rials' compression ratio is proposed. Furthermore, influence laws of key factors on the compression ratio are obtained by theoretical calculations. The engineering application results show that the theoretical design of compression ratio is 88.9% which is well agree with the field measurement.关键词
