Energy matching relationship between cemented backfill body and ore and determination of curing time

Abstract
Through analyses of the uniaxial compressive strength and the curing time of cemented backfill body for various cement-tailing ratios and slurry concentrations, positive correlation mathemat-ical expressions between the strength of cemented backfill body and the curing age are established. The energy matching coefficient K is introduced to show the energy density relationship between the backfill body deformation and the ore excavation at the open stope with the subsequent filling method, which obtain relationships between the K coefficient and elastic modulus of ore, the vertical stress, the curing strength of cemented backfill and the curing time of cemented backfill body. Based on that, the exca-vated time in the second step is quantitatively analyzed. The slurry concentration of 75% and ce-ment-tailing ratio of 1:8 and 42 days curing time are selected for the engineering application of Lilou iron mine, which shorts the curing age by 18 d than original design.关键词
