摘要

Abstract

In order to study gas composition changes in the process of fire zone close down,gas composition in the fire zone was analyzed to judge combustion state of fire zone,and fire zone was sealed safely to prevent gas explosion initiated by fire.This paper used programmed heating experiment to study change law of volume fraction of carbon oxides and oxygen emitted from lignite combustion when air volume are 40 mL/min,80 mL/min,120 mL/min,160 mL/min and 200 mL/rnin respectively.The results shows that the greater the air volume,the smaller the change trend of oxygen volume fraction,and the smaller the amount of oxygen consumption.At a certain temperature,oxygen consumption is increasing with the air volume increase.With the increase of air volume,formation amount of CO and CO2 are reduced,and the change between formation amount of CO and CO2 and temperature shows exponential relationship.At the same temperature,CO,CO2 generation decreases with the increase of air volume.At combustion stage,CO gas production show exponential relationships with air volume,and CO2 gas production show linear relationships with air volume.With the increase of air volume,the initial temperature of CO generation is hysteretic,and CO formation amount is less at the same temperature.
