基于生命周期评价的井干式木结构建筑环境影响研究
Environmental impact of log house based on life cycle assessment
摘要
Abstract
Analyzing the impacts of log house on environment could promote the energy conservation and emissions reduction of wood structure enterprise.Based on the cradle-to-gate inventories from factory, considering 1 m2 log house as a functional unit, life cycle assessment (LCA) was used to examine the raw material, energy consumption and environment emissions of the materialization process.Furthermore, the CML2001 method and database provided by GaBi were used to evaluate environment impact of wooden house product in the life circle scope. The results showed that six impact categories were assessed in detail in the LCA study,i.e.,global warming potential (GWP),human toxic potential (HTP),acidification (AP),eutrophication (EP),photochemical ozone creation potential (POCP) and abiotic depletion (ADP),and their results were-7.54× 10-8,7.19× 10-8,1.79× 10-8,1.51 × 10-8,9.94× 10-9 and 3.79× 10-9,respectively.The GWP and HTP were mainly responsible for the total amount of the environmental impacts in the preparation of wall product, accounted for-174.0% and 166.0%,respectively.A wood manufacturing factory was assessed in detail, and the process was divided into three subsystems:the raw material obtaining phase, the prefabrication phase and the transportation process. The prefabrication phase was mainly responsible for the log house fabrication.Excluding the positive impact of the photosynthesis,HTP was mainly responsible for the environmental deterioration. The detailed analysis of each stage indicated that the most important environmental hot spot of HTP was the dust appeared during wood manufacture such as timber drying, etc.关键词
