关于推进我国农业适度规模经营的几点思考
Thoughts on promoting the moderate scale management of agriculture in China

Abstract
The moderate scale management of agriculture is a critical step and an inevitable route to the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in China. Based on the theoretical and dynamic analysis, combining the basic conditions and practical concerns of promoting moderate scale management for China's agriculture, this paper examined the main realization methods of agricultural moderate scale management from the angle of economies of scale and scope in depth. Results show that: 1) the operation scope and business entities of agricultural moderate scale management were diverse and in different development levels, which generated diversified development modes, including the scale management of agricultural inputs, the scale management of agricultural operation chains, the scale management of agricultural social services, and the scale management of agricultural industry integration; and 2) the routes of promoting moderate scale agricultural management vary a lot under the influence of different resource endowments, economic levels, factor composition, and policy environment. To promote the moderate scale management of agriculture, some factors need to be considered, including the local conditions and the interests of different agricultural business entities. Therefore, this paper suggests: to avoid a "universal" development path in the process of promoting agricultural moderate scale management, to recognize the diversified risks faced in the agricultural scale management, to timely promote the scale management of agriculture by conforming to the rules of agricultural economy development, to closely integrate the will of the people, to further strengthen the construction of agricultural socialized service system, and to realize the healthy and orderly development of diversified and moderate scale agricultural management.关键词
