土地流转对农户保护性耕作投资的影响 ——基于四省截面数据的实证研究
The impact of land transfer on conservation tillage investment of farmers: An empirical study based on sectional data of four provinces

Abstract
Under the background of large-scale agricultural land transfer, it is of great significance for farmland quality and food security to adopt conservation tillage technology and increase investment on farmland. Based on a survey data of farmers in Heilongjiang, Henan, Zhejiang and Sichuan, using the unit area investment of straw returning to land as the index of conservation tillage investment, and applying the two-step IV-Tobit model, this paper analyzed the influences of farmers with different types of farmland on conservation tillage investment, and examined the factors that affect farmers' investment on rented land to explore the role of property right factor in the conservation tillage investment decision. Results show that the proportion of land transfer area of surveyed farmers is 86.09%, and the proportion of farm households with land transfer is 71.15%. The land transfer contract has the characteristics of oral form and the short period. Farmers' investment in conservation tillage is still at a low level, and farmers invest slightly higher 5.25 yuan/hm2 on own land than that on rented land. In addition, contract form, fixed transfer tenure, householder age, the degree of farmers' understanding in policy, family labor force, and whether the transferor being required to maintain soil fertility have significant impacts on the investment on rented land. Based on the above results, this paper provides the following suggestions: to improve the land transfer mechanism, to normalize the land transfer process, to perfect the evaluation of investment return of conservation tillage to provide farmers with accurate agricultural subsidies, to promote the policy advocacy, to enhance farmers' understanding of policies, and to increase farmers' awareness of farmland protection.关键词
