农户劳动力禀赋、农地规模与农机社会化服务采纳行为分析 ——来自豫鲁冀的证据
Study on the effect of rural households' labor endowment, farmland scale on the adoption of agricultural machinery custom service: The evidence from Henan, Shandong and Hebei Province

Abstract
Promoting the mechanization of agricultural production has an important implication for the reform of agricultural supply side. The agricultural machinery custom service is an effective way to realize mechanization in agriculture with Chinese characteristics. This paper used a production and management decision-making model to analyze the effect of farmers' household resource endowment on their adoption of agricultural machinery custom service. The empirical methods were seemingly unrelated regression estimation and multivariable linear models. The data including 594 households was collected by field questionnaire survey in Henan, Shandong and Hebei Province. The result indicated that, 57.9% of corn production was operated by agricultural machinery custom service, while only 3.20%was done by household's own agricultural machinery. In the rural households, the quantity of on-farm and off-farm labor was negatively and positively correlated to the adoption of agricultural machinery custom service respectively. The quality of labor had a positive effect on the adoption of agricultural machinery custom service. The relationship between farmland size and the adoption of agricultural machinery custom service was an upside-down "U" shape. Meanwhile, the farmland size was positively related to own machinery mechanization rate and total agricultural mechanization rate. Finally, the paper suggested to improve the system of agricultural machinery custom service, to strengthen the education of farmers, to speed the construction of farmland transfer market and to reduce the level of farmland fragmentation.关键词
