普惠金融视角下农村居民的金融素养特征与影响因素研究 ——基于三省的调查
Rural residents' financial literacy measurement and its influencing factors: Based on a survey data of three provinces

Abstract
The development of inclusive finance raised the demand and also brought more challenges to rural residents' financial literacy. Based on a survey data from Shandong, Henan and Guizhou Provinces and the OECD financial framework (PISA), this paper constructed a rural residents' financial literacy measurement framework, evaluated China's rural residents' financial literacy level, and examined its influencing factors. Results show that: 1) rural residents' financial literacy levels are different among different provinces with a creasing order of Shandong, Henan, and Guizhou, and there are great differences among rural residents, too. In addition, the higher the education level and their parents' education level, non-agricultural degree, and the degree of risk preference, the higher the financial literacy of rural residents; 2) the financial literacy levels of male rural residents in Henan and Guizhou are higher, the financial literacy levels of all residents in Shandong and Henan, who received financial education, are higher, and the financial literacy levels of all residents in Shandong is increasing in the whole life cycle, while the financial literacy levels of all residents in Henan and Guizhou are decreasing in the whole life cycle; and 3) per capita household income has some weak positive effects on the improvement of financial literacy level only in Henan Province. In conclusion, the paper suggests that the Government should put financial education into nine years of compulsory education and enhance the content and the form of financial education program.关键词
