轨道接头缺陷对整机运行的影响分析

摘要
Abstract
To solve vertical impact dynamic effect resulting from height dislocation of rail joint of crane, a wheel-rail rigid body dynamic model with crane operating at dynamic load caused by rail joint dislocating is established to analyze impact of rail defect on running impact of crane. Whole crane system is converted into an equivalent single degree of freedom system according to the principle of equal maximum kinetic energy, and auto-oscillation circular frequency expression of the single degree of freedom system is obtained considering that the two systems have the same vibration form and frequency. Differential equation of motion of wheel-rail system is established based on the response of the equivalent single degree of freedom system at dislocated joint, resulting in running impact expression of the equivalent system at dislocated joint. This equation is compared with the equation of vertical impact dynamic effect due to height dislocation of joint given in ISO8686-1:2012 Cranes - Design Principles for Loads and Load Combinations-Part 1:General, thus, further theoretically proving methods in GB/T3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes and ISO8686-1:2012 Cranes - Design Principles for Loads and Load Combinations-Part 1:General applicable.关键词
