摘要
Abstract
Safety accidents are just too common in various complicated hoisting and conveying machinery. It is believed that, if safety is taken more seriously in design stage, it may significantly eliminate hazards in design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and demolition, avoid or reduce casualties, and ensure safety and health of personnel. The paper centers on three mature and effective safety design methods, i.e., HAZOP/CHAZOP analysis, RAMBO design review and SIL evaluation.关键词
