桥式起重机防摇摆的策略、产品与仿真

Abstract
To solve the problem of crane swing during operation, kinematics model, many kinds of anti-swing strategies and products of variable frequency driven bridge crane are analyzed. The paper presents mathematical model and calculates swing data in accelerated service at different acceleration based on actual design parameters of crane. Moreover, Simulink anti-sway control simulation is carried out by using a multi-segment speed giving method. The results show that the method is obviously effective in anti-swing.关键词
